Message from the President

The greatest joy in the travel industry is sharing dreams and inspiration with our customers

President & CEO, Atsushi Shimada

I entered the travel industry after asking myself,
"What can I offer that will truly delight customers?"
Since then, as a travel sales representative and tour coordinator, I have assisted countless journeys and visited numerous destinations.

Through those experiences, two things became clear to me.
First, I am deeply drawn to the unique atmosphere of each place — something you can only absorb with all five senses.
Second, the greatest joy in the travel industry is the moment you share a dream or a profound experience with a customer.

Over time, the forms of travel have diversified considerably.
In response, we began offering services leveraging our database (travel content × IT),
and our user base has since expanded to countries around the world.
The world moves without pause, and IT technology advances day by day.

Yet some things never change.
Among them is our belief: "For that single word of joy — 'It was wonderful' — that lies beyond every journey."
